About
A Dublin 8 studio built on care, curiosity, and the belief that movement should feel good.
Our studio
Come as you are. We’ll meet you there.
Cork Street Breath is a welcoming movement studio on Cork Street. You’ll find yoga, mat and reformer Pilates, breathwork, and practices that support your body rather than push it past what feels safe.
We value all bodies. We welcome all levels. You don’t need to look a certain way or move a certain way to belong here.
Everything we do is shaped by inclusive teaching — options, not one rigid shape.
What we hold
How we teach
All bodies
Size-, ability-, and gender-inclusive rooms with variations offered throughout class.
All levels
Beginners sit beside regulars. Cueing is clear; nobody is expected to know the language yet.
Real care
Pre- and postnatal experience sits at the heart of the studio, alongside everyday strength and stillness.
Team
Rachel Byrne
At the centre of Cork Street Breath is Rachel Byrne — a teacher and specialist in inclusive, supportive movement across yoga, Pilates, and pre- and postnatal practice.
She is joined by a small team of kind, knowledgeable instructors who share a commitment to down-to-earth teaching. Expect clear options, steady pacing, and a room that leaves space for you to arrive as you are.
“Have found a great Pilates class here for all levels — welcoming, ability and size inclusive, lots of variations given for exercises.”
